CHARDONNAY Spätlese 2007
Great wine, can still mature for years
This wine has a pleasant golden yellow colour, with an intensive greenish tint. It has a subtle but recognisable aroma revealing pears and honey, as well as of wine made from mature grapes. On the palate the taste is sweeter, with lively levels of acidity and an oily texture. It is spicy and has a medium-long lasting aftertaste with balanced acidity towards the end.
Colour: A golden yellow colour with strong greenish hue.
Aroma: Gentle aromas on the nose with notes of pear, quince, dried fruit and honey.
Flavour: A slightly spicy, medium-full flavour with varietal characteristics and with residual sugar. It has an oily texture and an intensive acidity.
