Very great wine, can still mature for years
This wine has a golden-yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. The aroma is intense, with dried spices, sage, chamomile and honey. Notes of dried fruits and citrus fruits appear in the background. Dried figs, dried apricots and spices dominate the taste, wrapped in notes of maturing in barrels. Residual sugar is accompanied by lively, slightly lemony acidity, which gives a pleasant freshness to the wine. The aftertaste is spicy with hints of dried figs, herbs and light tannins

Aroma: A medium-intense aroma of dried spices, sage, chamomile, honey, flowers and a slight scent of dried fruits and citrus fruits in the background.
Flavour: Some residual sugar, lively acidity, dried figs and apricots, gentle tannins, lemon and a characteristic of wine that has matured in wooden barrels. It is herbal and spicy.
