CHARDONNAY 2003
Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a golden yellow colour with a greenish tint. The bouquet still appears quite fresh and fruity, with the scent characteristic of wine matured in wooden barrels. On the palate are intense notes of melon and peach, accompanied by an aroma of wood. Although the vintage of the wine is 2003, it is still youthful and bold. Aromas of wood intensify on the palate, along with acidity. This acidity means the wine will continue to age well.
Kleur: Golden yellow colour with a greenish tint.
Aroma: Quite fresh, medium expressed aromas of melon, apple, peach; the character of maturing wood, slightly smoky.
Geur: A full, dry and oily taste, with a high level of dry extract and the scent of maturing in wood. It has a slightly burning sensation on the palate as well as a mature and lively acid.
