FURMINT Ice wine 2007
Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
For an ice wine, it is a surprisingly bright yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. On the nose there are hints of dried fruits and almonds, which are even more prevalent in the taste. Together with the residual sugar and intense, ripe acidity, they indicate the wine will continue to develop as it matures in the bottle.
Kleur: A light yellow colour with a greenish tint.
Aroma: Aromas of dried fruit, spices and almonds.
Geur: A medium-full flavour with notes of dates, plum jam, dried apricots and almonds with residual sugar. It has an oily texture and a lively level of acidity.
