FURMINT Trockenbeerenauslese 1983
Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has an intense amber colour with a greenish tint. Its fairly intense aroma offers notes of dried apricots, figs, raisins and dried herbs. Notes of honey, caramel and almonds can also be found in the background. Hints of dried fruits wrapped in a scent of spices are caught in an oily texture. Upon the palate it is pleasant - sweet but balanced with a mature acidity. The aftertaste is long, with figs, prunes and a pleasant fresh acidity.
Kleur: An intense golden colour with a greenish hue.
Aroma: An intense aroma of dried fruits (figs, apricots, raisins), dried herbs, honey, caramel smoke, almonds and blossom.
Geur: A sweet taste with mature acidity, dried apricots, figs, raisins, prunes, smoke, spices and a note of sherry. Slightly oily and slightly bitter.
