Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
The wine has a golden colour with a slight greenish tint. On the nose, notes of maturing in the bottle can be recognised, as well as an aroma of dried fruits, smoke, linden blossom, chamomile and a touch of honey. On the taste, there is still a very lively acidity accompanied by residual sugar. Notes of prunes, figs and spices, wrapped in a touch of smoke, dominate the mouthfeel. The aftertaste is medium-long, pleasant and with repeating notes of a slightly bitter flavour.
