Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a lemony-yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. On the nose, an aroma of dried herbs, sage, caramel and linden blossom appear. Its flavour is medium-full and mature, with a few grams of residual sugar and mature acidity. Notes of spices, dried fruits and caramel appear and are continued in the slightly spicy aftertaste, dominated by notes of maturing in wooden barrels and caramel.
Kleur: Alimony-yellow colour with a slight greenish tint.
Aroma: A medium-intense aroma of dried spices, hay, sage, linden blossom and notes of dried fruits and caramel in the background.
Geur: A medium-full, mature flavour with some residual sugar, mature acidity, caramel, spices, notes of maturing in wooden barrels and dried fruits in the background. Slightly spicy and slightly bitter.
