Excellente wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine still has a golden yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. The bouquet, which is quite fresh, exudes aromas of flowers, spices and honey. It has a lively acidity, which coincides with residual sugar. Its texture is slightly oily with notes of spiciness and ripe yellow fruit. The aftertaste of the winedisplaysflavours of citrus, spices and smoke.
Kleur: Agolden yellow colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: A medium-intense aroma of flowers, spices (white pepper), honey and smoke.
Geur: This spicy wine has a few grams of residual sugar and a mature acidity. It has a slightly oily texture as well as notes of ripe yellow fruit, spicesand dried fruits in the background.
