Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
The copper shade and classic aromas of the wine in the glass indicates that it is a variety of Pinot Grigio. Strong flowery aromas are complemented with notes of overripe grapes. On the palate, the residual sugar nicely integrates with the mature acidity and sensation of dried fruits, complemented by signsof late ripening.
Kleur: A yellow colour with a copper tint.
Aroma: A flowery aroma (in a way reminiscent of the Traminer) with background notes of dried figs.
Geur: An intense but slightly bitter taste with notes of dried fruit, botrytis and residual sugar. It has an oily texture and mature and balanced acidity.
