Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a pleasant amber colour. The aroma is quite fresh for the year of vintage. It offers notes of dried figs and apricots, dried herbs and honey, as well as mature tropical fruits and caramel. Dried pears, figs and prunes dominate the taste, along with spices and honey. Lively acidity is accompanied by residual sugar. The sensations from the taste are continued in the spicy aftertaste and end with a slight bitterness and a pleasant acidity of citrus fruit.
Kleur: An amber colour.
Aroma: A fairly intense aroma with dried fruits (figs, apricots), dried herbs, honey and ripe tropical fruits, caramel and smoke in the background.
Geur: A full, mature flavour, with residual sugar, lively acidity, dried fruits (pear, fig, prune), spices, honey, minerals, smoke and caramel. Slightly oilyandspicy.
