This wine has a golden colour with a slight greenish tint. The aroma indicates that the wine has already matured in the bottle for a longer period of time. Herbal notes, a scent of chamomile, varnish and sage in particular appear, with a gentle note of dried figs in the background. The taste is mineral like, with herbs, sage and dried fruits. The aftertaste is spicy and is accompanied by notes of dried figs, herbs and light tannins.
