SAUVIGNON BLANC 1971
Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a golden-yellow colour with a greenish tint. The aroma is intense, varietal and reminiscent of gooseberries, dried herbs, hay and hops. The taste is quite full, with residual sugar and a vibrant but mature acidity. Sensations of spices, dried fruits, gooseberries and smoke are interwoven with each other. The spicy aftertaste is medium-long and notes from the taste are continued, supplemented with a hint of caramel and slight tannins.
Kleur: A golden-yellow colour with a greenish hue.
Aroma: A medium-intense aroma, mature, varietal, gooseberries, dried herbs, hay, with dried fruits and smoke in the background.
Geur: A medium-full flavour, lively but mature acidity, with residual sugar, spices, dried fruits, caramel and tastes slightly spicy.
