This wine has a high-golden, almost amber colour with a slight greenish tint. The aroma is reminiscent of dried fruits, honey, dried herbs and blossom in particular. The acidity is nicely balanced with residual sugar, enhancing the taste. Notes of spices, dried fruits and honey also appear. The aftertaste is slightly spicy, with lingering sensations from the taste, wrapped in a smoky note and with slight bitterness.
