Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a lemony-yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. The aroma is reminiscent of blossom, candied fruits and herbs, with a touch of honey and smoke. The taste reveals the acidity, wonderfully balanced with residual sugar. Notes of mature grapes, dried figs, prunes and spices appear, which are wrapped in a slightly oily texture. The spicy aftertaste is medium-long with characteristics of prunes, smoke, herbs and a hint of caramel.
