Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a high golden, almost amber colour. The aroma indicates that the wine has been in the bottle for a long time. Intense notes of dried pear and apricot appear along with hints of dried herbs, honey and caramel. The taste captures the lively acidity, which is nicely balanced with residual sugar. Notes of mature grapes, dried fruits and spices are dominant, wrapped in a slightly oily texture. The spicy aftertaste is medium-long with notes of dried fruits, smoke and herbs.
