Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a lemony colour with a slight greenish tint. The aroma is intense, with recognisable ripe yellow fruits, dried herbs and honey with background notes of dried fruits and quince. Aromatic perceptions increase in the taste. A few grams of residual sugar are nicely combined with mature acidity, hints of spices and dried fruits. The aftertaste is pleasant, reminiscent of dried fruits, spices and smoke.
Kleur: A lemony colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: A medium-intense aroma with ripe yellow fruits, herbs, honey and a scent of dried fruits and quince in the background.
Geur: A lively acidity, a few grams of residual sugar as well as notes of spices, dried fruits and tannins. Slightly bitter.
