Excellent wine, can still mature for years
This wine has a pleasant amber colour. Its fairly intense aroma offers notes of freshly ground coffee and caramel. Faint notes of herbs and dried fruits can also be recognised. The full taste reveals strong notes of dried figs, apricots and spices interwoven with coffee and caramel, caught in a slightly oily texture. The acidity is lively but mature and balanced with residual sugar. The long aftertaste combines notes of smoke and caramel with fruit and spicy sensations.
Colour: An amber colour.
Aroma: An intense aroma of freshly ground coffee, caramel and characteristics of wine that has matured in wooden barrels. It also has notes of dried fruits and dried herbs in the background.
Flavour: A full taste with residual sugar, lively but mature acidity, dried fruits (figs, apricots), coffee, spices, a touch of honey, smoke and caramel. Slightly oily and spicy.
