1979 Sauvignon Blanc
SAUVIGNON BLANC Spätlese 1979
Great wine, can still mature for years

This wine has a pleasant amber colour. Just like the colour, the aroma also indicates that the wine has matured in the bottle for a longperiod of time. A wide range of aromas offers notes of hay, green paprika, dried herbs, honey and even coffee. Residual sugar is accompanied by lively acidity and perceptions of spices, dried figs and apricots are notable in the taste. A slightly spicy aftertaste is long, with notes of spices, dried figs and slight tannins.
