SAUVIGNON BLANC 1997
Excellent wine, can still mature for years
This wine has a golden yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. The wine still has a fresh but mature aroma. A wide range of aromas offer notes of gooseberries, black currant, tomato leaf and hay. Through the years the wine has retained its varietal character, which has been enhanced and deepened by the years of bottle age. The taste is full with a few grams of residual sugar and mature acidity. Perceptions that appear on the nose are intensified on the palate and slowly fade in the aftertaste.
Colour: A golden yellow colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: An intense, varietal aroma, tomato leaves, black currant, green peppers, hay, gooseberry and spices.
Flavour: A full flavour, mature acidity, a few grams of residual sugar. It has classic varietal characteristics with notes of black currant, gooseberries, green peppers and adelightful spicy taste.
