CHARDONNAY Spätlese 1990
Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a colour of old gold. The scent is still varietal in combination with dried fruits, spices and also with a gentle aroma of ripe tropical fruits in the background, wrapped in a smoky note. The acidity still tastes very lively and is accompanied by residual sugar. Notes of dried fruits (figs, apricots) and spices dominate. It is slightly spicy with an aftertaste of dried figs, prunes and smoke.
Kleur: The colour of antique/rustic gold.
Aroma: A medium-intense varietal aroma, with notes of dried fruits, spices, smoke, honey and ripe tropical fruits in the background.
Geur: A medium-full flavour with residual sugar, lively acidity, dried fruits, spices and smoke. Is slightly oily and spicy.
