PINOT BLANC Spätlese 1979
Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a pleasant amber colour. On the nose, an aroma of dried herbs, dried fruits, honey and linden blossom appear, wrapped in a note of smoke. On the palate, residual sugar is complemented by acidity that is still quite lively. Notes of dried figs and apricots prevail, interwoven with hints of spices and smoke. These sensations are continued in the aftertaste, supplemented by a note of dried figs and slight touches of gentle acidity.
Kleur: An amber colour.
Aroma: Characteristics of wine that has matured in the bottle, as well as notes of dried fruits, dried herbs, honey, smoke and linden blossom.
Geur: A sweet taste, lively but mature acidity, dried figs, apricots, spices and smoke. Slightly oily.
