PINOT BLANC Spätlese 1971
Excellente wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a pleasant amber colour. On the nose, a wide range of dried herbs appears, along with an aroma of dried fruits, honey and quince. All these elements together are wrapped in a note of smoke. Residual sugar and mature acidity are nicely balanced. Notes of dried figs and apricots prevail, interwoven with hints of spices and smoke. These sensations are continued in the aftertaste, supplemented with notes of dried figs and a slight bitterness.
Kleur: An amber colour.
Aroma: A concentrated aroma with notes of maturation in the bottle, dried fruits, dried herbs, honey, smoke and quince.
Geur: A sweet, slightly oily taste with mature acidity, dried figs, apricots, spices and smoke.
