Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a golden colour with a greenish tint and a slightly viscous texture. A luxurious, fairly intense aroma reveals notes of vanilla, caramel, dried spices, dried fruits, honey and smoke. Notes of caramel, spices, dried fruits and honey. The acidity is lively but mature, balanced with residual sugar. The aftertaste is long with dried figs, prunes, spices, honey and slight tannins.
Kleur: A golden colour with a greenish hue.
Aroma: A fairly intense aroma, with notes of maturing wooden barrels, vanilla, caramel, dried herbs and fruits, honey, smoke and ripe tropical fruits in the background.
Geur: A full taste, with residual sugar, lively but mature acidity, caramel, dried fruits, spices, a touch of honey and smoke. Slightly oily and spicy.
