RIESLING (Epiphany) 1997
Lekkere wijn, heerlijk om nu te drinken
This wine has a golden yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. Aromas of almonds, dried fruit, varnish and dried herbs are rife. In the taste, residual sugar is balanced with vibrant but mature acidity. Notes of dried fruits such as apricots, figs, prunes are prevalent and are caught in a slightly oily texture with a touch of smoke. These flavours linger on in the aftertaste.
