SAUVIGNON BLANC 1983
Hele goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
This wine has a golden colour with a slight greenish tint. Its fairly intense aroma is reminiscent of green paprika, gooseberries, hay and dried herbs. The taste is pleasant, with a few grams of residual sugar, mature acidity and hints of spices and dried fruits. The aftertaste is medium-long with a mixture of spices and dried fruits, wrapped in a mild note of smoke and with slight tannins.
Kleur: A golden colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: A fairly intense aroma, varietal, with green paprika, gooseberries, hay, dried herbs and dried figs and smoke in the background.
Geur: A full flavour with mature acidity, a few grams of residual sugar, dried fruits, spices and gooseberries. Spicy and slightly bitter.
