YELLOW MUSCAT 1997
Goede wijn, kan nog jaren rijpen
Despite the years, this wine still has a pale golden yellow colour with a slight greenish tint. In contrast to appearance, the aroma is reminiscent of a wine that has been matured in the bottle for a long time. Herbs and spices become apparent after the primal aroma has faded. The taste is still youthful but mature and the aftertaste is pleasantly fruity, with strong notes of dried fruit. This wine is still in excellent shape thanks to it residual sugar and lively acidity.
Kleur: A golden yellow colour with a slight greenish hue.
Aroma: A medium-intense aroma of linden blossom, chamomile, sage and spices.
Geur: It has a spicy flavour and an elegant maturity with residual sugar, mature acidity and notes of sage and fruit in the background.
